Compositions for a Low Tide – Whitstable Biennale, 31 May 2014
As day turned to dusk, a group of choristers walked out with a group of people along the line of The Street, an ancient shingle spit that stretches out a mile into the sea at low tide. As the group made their way out to the distal end of the spit and back, the choristers sang two new compositions. What Shall I Do With My Hands and Can People See Me Swallowing were devised with composer Richard Glover and performed by Rochester Cathedral choristers.
